Imperial Restaurant: Quick service, late hours, and the best Kebabs and Ghee Rice in town! In the age of early nights and quick shut-downs, there are very few places in Bangalore that actually serve you past midnight. Hotel Imperial is centrally located on Residency Road, and open till an incredible 3 or 4 am. After a night of bingeing, most party-goers head here, for the staple Ghee-Rice-Chicken-Kebab combo. Ask the waiter for a little gravy on the side and hes sure to oblige. Other favourites are the Grilled Chicken, Kerala Paratha, Fish Curry and Fish Masala. Veggies like the Paneer Tikka Masala.

Living of past glory and Five items Chicken Kabab ,Ghee Rice ,Parotha ,Brain Fry,Sherwa .....Staff and Management attitude and hostile body languge and the language ( if you understand - mocking most guests ) is hard to miss. Surving sheerly of ability to keep open late and the patronising of old Bangaloreans who repeat with fond memories of yesteryear when they used to allow you to bring in your own booze.
